Frequently asked questions

What is Holiday Globus?+

Holiday Globus is B2B travel software for agencies. One panel gives you 20 product categories with ready-made integrations to global and local suppliers — you connect your own accounts — plus your own brand and domain, sub-agencies, accounting and a bulk marketing suite. You pay a licence and yearly maintenance; there is no commission on your bookings.

Which suppliers can I connect?+

You can see them on our home page and on the Providers page, category by category, with their logos. You connect your own account with each supplier you want to use; new integrations are added continuously, without any change on your side.

How do you make sure I get the best price?+

Every search is sent to all your connected suppliers of that category in parallel. The same product offered by several suppliers is merged into one result at the lowest price, and the price is re-checked with the supplier right before you book. If it went up, you are asked first — a higher price is never charged silently.

Will I see which supplier my booking comes from?+

Yes. Bookings run on your own supplier accounts, so you always see the supplier and its reference for each booking. Your customers never do: vouchers and documents carry only your brand.

How does payment work?+

Bookings are made on your own supplier accounts, so the supplier bills you directly under your own contract — Holiday Globus is not the merchant and takes no commission. You collect from your customer yourself, for example with a single-use payment link through Stripe, PayPal, iyzico, PayTR or a bank virtual POS, and that money goes to your own account. You pay us only the licence and yearly maintenance.

How do markups work?+

You set your own markup per category, product or sub-agency, as a percentage or a fixed amount. It is added on top of the net price to form your customer's price. Your markup never passes through us.

How does the sub-agency system work?+

You can create sub-agencies under your agency and decide which modules they can use. They can connect their own supplier accounts or, if you allow it, use yours at a separate price list you set — you hold their balances and the difference is your margin. Every booking they make is visible to you.

Which languages and currencies are supported?+

The panel, the website and all customer documents work in 14 languages. Prices can be shown in 32 currencies with live exchange rates from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye and the ECB, and every booking records the rate that was used.

Can I send offers and quotes to my customers?+

Yes. You can bundle several products — for example a flight, a hotel and a transfer — into one offer, send it by e-mail or messaging apps with a secure payment link, and the whole trip is booked when the customer confirms.

What happens when a booking is cancelled?+

The booking is cancelled with the supplier first. The refund is exactly what the supplier grants under its own conditions — a free-cancellation booking comes back in full, a non-refundable one according to its rules.

Which accounting software do you connect to?+

Each agency connects its own Xero, Zoho Books, Sage or FreshBooks account; the sale invoice and purchase bill of every confirmed booking are sent with one click, as drafts where the software supports it. Independently of that, every statement, ledger and report can be exported to Excel and PDF.

What does the marketing suite include?+

Bulk sending over WhatsApp, e-mail, Viber, Telegram and SMS, with a drag-and-drop e-mail designer or your own HTML, scheduled campaigns, per-channel audience lists imported from Excel, CSV or TXT, and delivery, open, click, block and unsubscribe tracking with reports you can export. You can use the platform's senders with a sending package bought from us, or connect your own provider accounts.

How is my account protected?+

Two-factor sign-in with a one-time code, role-based staff accounts, an activity log, encrypted payment details and strict separation between agencies — one agency can never see another agency's data.

Can I use my own brand and domain?+

Yes. Your logo, colours, domain with SSL and e-mail sender are applied across the panel, the vouchers, the payment pages and the e-mails your customers receive. Holiday Globus stays invisible to your customers.

Do you offer insurance, visas, local guides and restaurant reservations?+

Yes. Travel insurance policies are issued directly with insurers, visa applications are handled as assisted services, private guided tours come from specialist tour platforms, and restaurant tables are reserved in real time — all from the same panel as your flights and hotels.

Is there an API for my own systems?+

Direct API access is available on request for approved agencies. Once you are approved, our team provides access, documentation and a test environment for your systems.

What does Holiday Globus cost?+

A one-off licence of €10,000 plus €1,500 a year for maintenance. Together they include every module and integration, updates and support. There is no commission on your bookings, and you can try everything in demo mode first.

Can I try it before connecting my suppliers?+

Yes. In demo mode every module works with test accounts, so you can search, book and send vouchers right away. Test bookings are clearly marked TEST and are not valid; switch to your own supplier accounts when you are ready.

How do I join?+

Apply with your company details on the application page. After your documents are reviewed and approved, your panel and domain are set up: you can try everything in demo mode right away and start selling once your supplier accounts are connected.
